Shipping Rates and Policies
All orders will be delivered between 5 to 10 Business Days (does not include processing time)
* No weekend delivery
* No hotel delivery
* Not available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses
All orders to United States and Canada will be determined by its
weight. You may find out the exact shipping charges by completing the
checkout process on our website.
Clarasbeauty.com does not charge sales tax except for California
shipping addresses. The current tax rate for CA residents is 8.25%.
We do not share you information with any third party. We do not sell,
exchange and/or distribute your email address or personal data to
anyone without your permission.
Return Merchandise Policy:
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss
of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service
(U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are
not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Return
Department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we
have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund,
in the same form of payment you used to make your purchase, within 30
business days of our receipt of your return. Please note that we can
refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight
carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on
the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has
left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier. Ask
them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file
a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight
carrier.
Manufacturer's Defects:
If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, contact us
through email for instructions. Do not return items to us without
Emailing us first to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned
to us due to a manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return
Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return
Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
